How do I know that a card is actually in stock? |
Because Firestormcards.co.uk offers a live inventory, you are actually able to see how many of each item we currently have available before ordering. However, there are two things to be aware of:
1) Although it doesn't happen often, every once in a while, an inventory mistake will result in something being offered for sale that is actually out of stock. Should this happen, we will refund you for the out of stock item when we are processing your order. 2) Firestormcards.co.uk reserves the right to limit the quantity of any card being ordered at our discretion. |

How do I modify, cancel or combine multiple pre-orders? |
| Modifying (adding or deleting cards to) a pre-order: Once a pre-order has been placed, it can not later be modified. If you wish to modify a pre-order, please contact us and request that your pre-order be cancelled. Be sure to include your order number. A 10% cancellation fee will apply, but only to the pre-ordered items. Once your pre-order has been cancelled, you can then place a new order for the items you now wish to purchase. This policy also applies to singles that may have been pre-ordered based on unofficial spoiler information.

Combining multiple pre-orders: Requesting multiple pre-orders be combined is considered to be modifying a pre-order. Once pre-orders have been placed, they can not be later combined. If you wish to combine pre-orders, please contact us and request that the pre-orders be cancelled. Be sure to include your order numbers. A 10% cancellation fee will apply, but only to the pre-ordered items. Once your pre-orders have been cancelled, you can then place one new order for all of the items that you wish to purchase, and have them shipped as one shipment.

When is will I be charged for pre-order items? |
| A: All credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. |

What happens if an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items? |
| The entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is released. If you don't want this to happen, please place two separate orders. |

What happens if I place a order that includes multiple pre-ordered items releasing at different times? |
| Although this usually only occurs when pre-ordering multiple games (i.e. pre-ordering a new Magic: the Gathering expansion AND/OR a new World of Warcraft AND/OR a new Yu Gi Oh expansion on the same order), doing so will result in the entire order being held until the last pre-ordered item on the order arrives. If you wish for all of your pre-ordered items to ship as quickly as possible, please place seperate pre-orders based on the release date of each item(s). |
