Flip and Survive – Play your card and flip all others of the same colour. If ten or more matching piranhas are visible, the swarm attacks and you lose bandage tokens.
Quick, Tactical Turns – Simple rules with constant tension as every card played can trigger a sudden attack. Manage risk and protect your tokens.
Last One Standing Wins – When a player runs out of bandages, the game ends. The player with the most tokens remaining takes the victory.
